Vishal Vijay is a 2003 N.S.D alumnus actively involved in regional theatre.
His work ranges from acting, theatre-direction to scriptwriting.
In 2002 Vishal found the 4th Wall Dramatic Society to pursue theatre of aesthetics.
Vishal has directed hard-hitting dramas prepared in a workshop module
& groomed many actors through “Abhinaydarpan” workshop.

In 2021 Vishal established 4th Wall Studios for creating digital-media-content.

Born in Jodhpur, Vishal is second generation in theatre taking the legacy ahead. His father, Late Prof. Vijay Mathur (N.S.D 1976) retired as Dean Faculty of Fine Arts & H.O.D of Dramatics from Rajasthan University Jaipur in 2005.

Vishal grew up between rehearsals & started performing as a child actor. Always a frontrunner in co-curricular activities at school & college.
